		<description>great points about ec2.  amazon has been adding features and functionality since the beginning, but from our perspective (looking for high-availability hosting environment), they are missing one critical component - a load-balancing solution.  in our tests, IP takeover within EC2 takes _minutes_ not seconds.  there is more information in the website linked from the name in this comment.</description>
